By accessing or using OnlineWatchMarket ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

OnlineWatchMarket is a commission-free marketplace that connects watch buyers with professional dealers. We facilitate listings, messaging, and transactions but are not a party to any sale between a buyer and a dealer.

3. Dealer Accounts

Dealers must be approved by OnlineWatchMarket before listing watches for sale. Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the authenticity of the watches they sell, and fulfilling any completed transaction. Subscription fees apply per the selected plan.

4. Buyer Accounts

Buyers pay a one-time lifetime access fee to use the Platform. Buyers are responsible for verifying watch details and dealer reputation before purchasing. All transactions are settled directly between the buyer and the dealer.

5. Transactions

OnlineWatchMarket does not process payments, hold escrow, or guarantee transactions. Any dispute arising from a sale must be resolved directly between the buyer and the dealer. We may, at our discretion, suspend or remove accounts engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to list counterfeit or stolen watches, misrepresent item condition or provenance, harass other users, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and software are the property of OnlineWatchMarket. Listing content provided by dealers remains the property of the respective dealer, who grants us a license to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnlineWatchMarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from transactions, listings, or interactions between users on the Platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
